Template Editor

When sending newsletters, you often face the problem of spending more time on the design then writing good content. The Template Editor enables you to concentrate on the content only.

When creating your newsletters, you most likely have some predefined designs made by your webdesigner. But to use these designs within Microsoft CRM is quite complicated.

With the Template Editor, you get all the features needed to quickly write good looking newsletters. You don't have to worry about the design anymore.

The Template Manager

All often needed features are included in the Template Editor:

  • WYSIWYG editor with many formatting possibilities
  • Template Manager helps you to organize email templates
  • Snippets for often used short pieces of HTML
  • Spell check for multiple languages
  • Preview pane with selectable entities: You can check how your template looks with different recipients
  • Image Manager automatically uploads your images to an external server

The Template Manager

A click on "Insert Template" opens up a dialog with lets you select the needed template with a preview of its contents. It is possible to create a folder structure to organize your templates. You can even modify and save the template directly from the editor.
