customaze Documents Features
Windows Explorer integrated into Microsoft CRM
customaze Documents eases the way to access the files related to an account, a contact or a lead. This enables a totally new way of working. Instead of having to search on the network for files on multiple shares, just open up the record in CRM and click customaze Documents. All your files are visible in an instant.
Due to the tight integration of the Windows Explorer, working with your files couldn't be more convenient. All the nice features work out-of-the-box:
- Create new file
- Previous versions
- Windows security
Working with your files in combination with your CRM program has never been easier.
Easy access to all related files with the subrecord explorer
Everything in Microsoft CRM is about relationships:
- Contacts are related to accounts
- Opportunities, cases, quotes, orders and invoices are related to your customers
- Custom entities are also related to your records
For that reason we developed the subrecord explorer. It displays all subrecords starting from the record that you initially opened in CRM.
When you open the account for example, the subrecord explorer displays all the contacts, cases, quotes and so on that are subrecords of that record.
When you click on a record, customaze Documents displays the files belonging to that record instantly.

Usage with VPN and Distributed File System
If your company has multiple offices and uses one CRM system, you may be using a distributed file system with replication. That means access with LAN speed, wherever you are and on all data that is being replicated.
We provide an integration with a replicated file system.
Wherever you open up the documents in the CRM system, you will be transferred to the nearest file server. That means high speed access to your data.
