Everything in Microsoft CRM is about relationships:
- Contacts are related to accounts
- Opportunities, cases, quotes, orders and invoices are related to your customers
- Custom entities are also related to your records
For that reason we developed the subrecord explorer. It displays all subrecords starting from the record that you initially opened in CRM.
When you open the account for example, the subrecord explorer displays all the contacts, cases, quotes and so on that are subrecords of that record.
When you click on a record, customaze Documents displays the files belonging to that record instantly.
