Add-on not visible in CRM

Problem
The installation worked without an error, but you simply cannot see the add-on in CRM.
Solution
Reason: Not all clients are enabled in the Customization section of the system settings of Microsoft CRM.
Go to Settings / Administration / System Settings / Customization and enable all Clients in the 'Custom Menus and Toolbars' section. Then click OK.
This did not help me!
