In Setup the Dropdown for CRM Website is empty

Problem
I started the setup and the Dropdown box for the CRM Website is empty.
Solution
The setup ran into a timeout while it tried to determine available Websites. Please just restart the setup.
Another possible reason: You are not an Administrator. To solve this, logon as an Administrator to the CRM system.
This did not help me!
