Error occured while sending Email: AccessCheckEx failed

Problem
When trying to send a test email as a 'Specified User' or 'Specified Queue' an error message appears. This applies to the distribution too.
Solution
Try if it helps to add the user starting the distribution to the System Administrators role.
If that helps, please verify the permissions in CRM.
Some pointers:
- User must be able to create activities in the name of the other user
- User must be able to Append these activities to Accounts / Contacts / Leads
- User must be able to create Campaign Activities and attach those to Campaigns
- User must have permissions to 'Send Email as another User'
Further common pitfalls:
- If the owner of the account / contact / lead has been deactivated, creating e-mails for that record will fail
- assign records of deactived users to other users
If it still does not work: You need to get into the CRM logs to trace what's going on. The recommended approach is to use the CRM Diag Tool to enable tracing on the CRM server. Then try to distribute the campaign and check the logs for related error messages. Download the Diag Tool here: http://blogs.msdn.com/benlec/pages/microsoft-crm-support-tools-download-page.aspx (Note: This is a third party tool and not supported by us)
