In addition to our forums, we have addressed a few common pitfalls in our FAQs.
3. Open a case
When your case is confidential or if you need privileged support (free as long as your support contract runs), please open a case from your My CRMUp center.
In every case, please try to be as specific as possible. It is often useful to include trace files of your CRM server as attachments. This is also possible in the forums and in the cases.
